Spikeball Pro says that it has a lifetime warranty and will replace any broken parts. Is this accurate?

I purchased a spike all pro set for my son to take to college. It was used three times and the rim got broken. Went through the whole procedure to replace the part with the company. Been waiting going on two months for a replacement piece and all I have is a bunch of excuses from the company saying they are out of them. Yet they have tons of kits for sale.

How much of an area do you need to play?

Hey Jeanne, the size of the play area can vary! At a beginner level, you can play indoors in a basement or living room, but in tournaments, the space can be up to 50 feet in diameter. Thanks and Spike on!

Can i use a real volleyball?

Absolutely not. Volleyball weighs way too much. You will quickly, if not immediately destroy your set.

Do you have to hit the ball 3times per side before hitting the net?

Nope. You can hit the ball UP TO 3 times per side but you don't need to use all 3 hits. You can only use 1 hit if you like. See the main Spikeball site for more rules. Have fun!
