Invoxia Audioffice for Smartphones - Retail Packaging - White

I really like how simple it is to put together. Once the iPhone 4 and 5 was docked I was automatically asked to install Invoxia's app from the AppStore. The sound quality is very similar to the Big Jambox by Jawbone. Having a call on speakerphone with it's loud speakers is amazing. Having a volume dial it's handy to have to change volume fast. Once I pick up the handset the sound it automatically transfered for a private conversation. To end the call I just hang-up the handset. If you want something modern with a contemporary design for your office this piece of technology makes your desk look great!

The sound quality was terrible. Returning for a refund. Did have a nice look though. Wish it would have worked better.

Annoying... takes over your phone and ALL audio alerts get sent to it. These guys need to develop an app that controls what audio signals are hijacked. I purchased a couple for use at my office and when text message alerts starting coming through the speaker I knew I was not going to be happy. The audio clarity IS quite good, it does a GREAT job on that end of things, but the uncontrolled take-over of the phone just doesn't work well in practice. These have been collecting dust since about 2 weeks after arriving.

Very good sound quality for speakers; Decent call quality/sound. Does not charge the Galaxy S5. Also, there is vibration where the handset touches the plastic - they should rubberize the handset or provide a piece of rubber/foam to prevent that vibration.

I had one of the first-generation Audioffice desktop setups, and after about 18 months of daily use it finally stopped charging my older iPhones. Invoxia customer service was very helpful in troubleshooting the problems and when they proved impossible to fix, they were great in providing a new generation unit as a replacement. This new unit has been operating for a month now in my office, with very high reliability thus far. Have to give the hardware four stars because of the saga, but my experience with CS at Invoxia gets five stars!

I love this phone. It's too bad that to get an excellent product like this you have to pay an arm and/or leg, but this is a great product. Easy to assemble all the parts, and very unique design. When I used the speaker phone for the first time, the person on the other end didnt' even ask "are you on a speaker phone?" which is usually the case.

Struggle to get decent Bluetooth connectivity. Drops out when I try and make a call. Had the Invoxia help desk team give me some pointers but doesn't work as well as it should. Disappointed by product given how much it costs. I get better Bluetooth connectivity with cheaper units. One benefit is the speaker function is good and people can hear me very clearly and I don't need to shout. So keeping it based on that.

Awesome phone system. Superb sound quality and very easy to setup and use.
