CA Essential Docking Station – USB C Docking Station with Active Laptop Cooling, Dual 4K Displays, 4 USB Type A Ports, Ethernet Port, Power for Laptop (DS-2000)

This product was exactly what I was looking for as a dock and to have multiple display and additional usb ports, specifically bought this one as it has built in cooling fans, found other usb c hubs overheated and would cause intermittent connection problems, however after using this for 3 days the power button for the fan stopped working, could not adjust the speeds or switch off when laptop is not on, fans would run constantly unless I disconnected the dock from the lap, which defeats the purpose of I I bought the dock in the first place

It is a beautifully designed product. When you rest your laptop on it it has a built-in cooling fan that is super quiet but helps keep my dell XPS running cool. It was easy to set up out of the box and works great. I’m very happy with the cyber acoustics DS 2000

Purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata negativa, il prodotto non funzionava correttamente, le porte video HDMI e DISPLAYPORT non si collegavano al monitor (provato con 3 monitor), ho anche comprato un HDMI ACTIVE di alta qualità, come suggerito sul sito ma niente da fare, provato su un altro PC ma medesimo risultato, il mouse collegato a qualsiasi porta USB si disconnetteva dopo pochi secondi, l'unica cosa funzionante era la porta ethernet ed il sistema di ventilazione. Peccato, prodotto bello a vedersi.

Connected the USB-c cable and it worked flawlessly with my display and all my peripherals.Nice to have a product that is plug and play.

Bought this to run two additional monitors for my HP Elitebook, works great (one monitor connected via Display-Port the other via HDMI), while it doesn't lock into the dock, it does provide a nice incline for the laptop for typing without a separate keyboard. The cooling system seems virtually useless, and I don't see any value for it, but I got it for it's connectivity and USB-C connection so I don't have to spend time plugging in multiple cables to my laptop when docking/undocking.

I bought this on a recommendation from a friend and it has been a great doc. Easy to configure and it has a built-in fan to keep my dell XPS cool. Couldn’t be happier.
