i like this mixer because it stores away easily due to its size. instructions say to only use for up to 3 minutes at a time and once you turn it off, do not turn it back on for 30 minutes. it also says its meant for home use only. it has its limitations but im not a huge baker. i use this mixer for whipping my homemade body butters! it did an excellent job at it too! it made my cocoa and shea butter mix so soft that it felt like AIR! it only took around 2 minutes, maybe a little less to get it to that point too. the mixer speed is soooo fast and strong on level 0/1. i didn't want to go further because wow, it was so powerful for me at such a low speed/level. overall, it deserves 4 stars as it is only best for very small and simple recipes. sadly it probably wouldn't be great for larger baking projects since the warning instructions say you can't use it for more than 3 minutes at a time and you have to wait 30 minutes between each 3 minute interval. that would not be efficient for larger baking recipes.

The lowest setting beats extremely fast that everything splatters all over. I thought the settings may have been backwards because it was so fast. The beaters ruined the inside of my pot😡 I do NOT recommend.

Definitely has some power to it. Even the lowest setting is pretty powerful! Lots of attachments for all kinds of goody making options. I am pleasantly surprised at the quality. The last inexpensive mixer I had only lasted 6 months, I think this one will last much longer!

As a quick go to for mixing eggs or cookie dough, this is a great little mixer. Very compact and won't take up much room in storage. It comes with 3 styles of mixing wands, a whisk, beaters, and dough hooks. The only downside is, it's not recommended to use this for more than three minutes at a time without allowing the mixer a 30-minute break. I really don't understand the point of the dough hooks as the majority of recipes involving dough require more than 3 minutes of use from your mixer. If you're going we making any sort of bread I would not recommend this mixer just because of the chance it will overheat in the middle of mixing but for all other baking needs it is handy to have.

Here are my pros and cons with this mixer, which is a fairly good deal at its current price: Pros: It's powerful! Speed 1 is stronger than speed 5 on my previous mixer. It's also easy to click in and easy to eject. The whisk attachment is a bonus! I haven't had that before, and it has come in handy multiple times already. Cons: The "harmful substance warning" makes me feel a little uneasy (lead levels exceed the limit?!). The basic mixer attachments (not whisk or dough hook) are hard to clean due to their shape. The edges come together in a way that collect in lumps and stick together.
