desertcart.com: Extremit-Ease Compression Garment Extra-Breathable 30-50 mmHg Lower Leg Compression Wrap | Ideal for Mild to Moderate Lymphedema Swelling, Venous Insufficiency & Post-Op Edema (Small, Regular, Tan) : Health & Household Review: EXTREMIT-EASE Compression Garment - Comfortable to Wear & Easy to Adjust - Before I was diagnosed with lymphedema, I had a pair of knee-high boots that had both a zipper and laces. I could zip up the boots & adjust the laces during the day. I would be amazed that I could tighten up the laces by several inches during the day. Fast-forward to today: due to the delay of a correct diagnosis, my leg swelling is massive - going from dancer's legs to swollen Pillsbury Doughboy legs. Other wraps overlap & God help you if have an itch or the wraps start to hurt on the lower part of your leg. You have to unwrap everything, make the adjustment & re-wrap your leg. Not simple to do in an office or social setting. I'm so excited to find EXTREMIT-EASE Compression Garment! It's very similar to my leather boots with both a zipper & bungee "laces." Yes, initially it was a bit confusing getting the zipper started after putting the garment on my leg, but once I got it going the first time, it's simple to see how it works. The garment has a light padding which makes it so comfortable to wear either day or night. The bungee laces are so EASY to adjust. If the garment starts to hurt in one area, I can quickly adjust the laces to ease the pressure in that one area without having to unwrap / re-wrap everything. If the garment becomes too lose, within seconds I can quickly & simply adjust the bungee laces. The EXTREMIT-EASE works with you instead of fighting you. Highly recommend it. UPDATE: I struggled to put the EXTREMIT-EASE on the leg that is really swollen. The Velcro tabs for the 2XL were nowhere near the white guide lines. However, within 36 hours - not even 2 full days - the tabs were at the white guide lines and after 3 days I need a smaller size compression wrap. My legs have never responded this quickly before. Although, swollen, my legs are NOT uniform in their contour - going from swollen, puffy to deep skin folds and creases. I'm using a different brand on my other leg - eventually it starts to pinch [and REALLY HURT] as gravity pulls this other wrap into a deep crease. I DO NOT have this issue with the EXTREMIT-EASE. I've worn the EXTREMIT-EASE for 24 hours for 5 days [changing the compression sock daily] - It's soooo comfortable, I don't even realize I'm wearing it most of the time. I don't know what my maintenance size will be yet, but I'm already using a smaller size than my other compression garments. Review: Highly Effective and Easy to Use! - I’ve tried several compression garments, and the Extremit-Ease Compression Garment stands out for its comfort, ease of use, and effectiveness. The adjustable design allows for a customized fit, making it easy to apply the right level of compression without struggling to pull on a tight sleeve or stocking. I really love how the wrap-around design allows you to control the level of compression for comfort and effectiveness! Highly recommend!!

Comfort
I work in an ER soo 12 hour shifts on my feet.. It's easy to put on and take off daily. The pull tabs allow me to adjust how much pressure I want applied and never have to adjust it throughout my shift. The one thing I wish I would have taken a closer look at is the compression sock size. I have tall skinny legs and large feet. I opted to go for tall length is a size small (due to chicken legs) which means I have small socks which aren't ideal but once I get medium to large socks I'll have 0 complaints.

It Works OK
Bought two because the design makes sense with the zipper making it easy to get into position on your leg. Upon opening one of the elastic strings came right out of the velcro tab - Amazon made return and reorder easy so got a new pair. After wearing for two months it did the job but has some minor issues depending on how bad your swelling is. Biggest problem is if you have significant swelling this will contain it but the areas between the straps will not fully contain your leg/calf - in other words your leg will swell out or bump out between the straps. If you try to spread the straps out or move them around a bit this will help some but for the most part a losing battle if you are looking for consistent, even compression on your leg. After about a month the garment is fully broken in and works well but the elastic strings begin to stretch. I need a lot of compression and have purchased the correct size but after a month or two the tips of the elastic bands are touching for the most part around the back of my leg - my estimate is replace at 3-4 months if you are active and need a lot of compression. Zipper is great but wish it was made for left and right independently not just one for all. It would just make it easier if it were on the inside of each leg. Washes ok and I feel like it breathed ok as I do sweat a bit but no issues with these making my legs hot. No discomfort wearing, working or normal activities. Even though I like it I ordered another product, one that contains my leg swelling evenly and does not allow my leg to swell between the straps. I would recommend this brand for those who need much less than 50mmHG compression.

Best product made in a long time we were in to the clinic twice a week till we found these
Mom's leg were full of fluid twice a week we were in rewrapping her legs. When her legs finally got to a good size. 5 inches in diameter smaller then when we started. 3 months to get them small. Doc said get compression socks yea. 2 days they were back 2 very painful days for mu mom. Then we found these. The best thing ever so easy to put on. holds her legs great. Haven't had to go back for wrap's since we got them. I showed her doctor physical therapist the video on Amazon. Doc says that's what our Velcro one's look like. when the gal is holding all these Velcro wraps. The therapist was very impressed her doctor took picture's of them to spread the word how great they are. My mom is 86 use's a walker not in the mobile shape. She put these on the first time buy her self with help from her sock aid. She says don't unzip them all the way enough to slide them off then you don\t have to reach down far to zip them up. From twice a week going to clinic to not going at all (could have bought a nice car with that bill). The price is great. design is thought out Quality Awesome Customer service was right there very helpful no waiting on phone a real person right away. Mom and myself give these 10 stars plus. Thanks to everyone involved for creating these and selling them awesome going.
