Lovely calendar with unique minifigs
This year’s Lego Harry Potter calendar is a lovely thing, with its set of 6 minifigs – including Harry himself dressed in regular clothes, Ron, Hermione, and Draco in school uniform, and Dudley Dursley in pyjamas. The characters’ tops are printed on both sides, and all are slightly different from previous releases. The calendar has a front display area that doubles up as a board game. This came as a flap folded over the calendar doors, helping to keep them from coming open until intended. There was quite a lot of Sellotape holding the flap in place, and this was a little tricky to remove without damaging the box. I ended up wishing I had cut through it rather than trying to peel it off.You can get in to the calendar to see the pieces if you’re impatient and want to look at the mini sets before you start opening the doors in December – the end of the box is held shut with tape rather than being one of the Lego boxes that you have to rip in to to open, so the contents can be accessed without outright destruction. The mini sets are all housed in a moulded cardboard tray, each in its own little plastic bag. The Harry minifig isn’t the first thing you get – but I won’t say what is, so that for people who aren’t impatient the surprise isn’t ruined!

Another great Lego Harry Potter advent calendar
Great Lego Harry Potter advent calendar.Cool Minifigures and fun builds. This a great alternative to chocolate advent calendars and the builds can be added to other Lego sets.Good value for money. Plus once you open all the doors you can play the board game.A must have for any Lego Harry Potter fan.

Fun and engaging
My little one loves lego and loves Harry Potter, particularly Philosopher's Stone. So this introduction to beginning of the story leading upto Harry going to Hogwarts was great fun for him to put together each day. You get Harry, Ron, Hermione, plus Malfoy, Hedwig, Dudley and a Gringotts goblin along with props for each scene so it's a great little set. At the end it is a board game to play (haven't done yet). Great little advent calendar

Fantastic little calendar for all ages!
It doesn’t matter if you’re buying it for a child or an adult, anyone that loves Harry Potter will love this! We all love a bit of chocolate but the fun of building the little characters each morning and crafting the growing scene is much more fun and the entertainment lasts a lot longer than a small piece of chocolate! The characters and models are well designed and everything has been very well thought out from the box, which double as a backdrop for the scene you create, all the way to the figures!

Excellent
Every year I buy my grandson a Lego advent calendar. He has so much fun it’s well worth the money. He’s now into Harry Potter so as soon as I saw this I knew I had to get it.I’ve told him Christmas morning when he’s opened them all we’ll all play the game. So something for him to look forward even after the last window is opened.

Lovely advent present
Daughter lived this particular advent calendar. We should have skipped the chocolate one that we bought as i think it was too much. The Lego advent calendar provides enough entertainment and daughter lives Harry Potter, so it was a mega treat. She loved the characters, but we haven’t played the game once… think its a bit fiddly to be playing with it, but the small details are amazing

Good concept
I got on offer for 20 quid that was still a bit too pricey for what you get, the game idea is cool but after that the spinner build is redundant the figs are OK but nothing special and the mini builds could be better, the printed parts are good the leaky cauldron sign cool and you get a wand box piece too so cheaper than buying diagon alley set to get one
