Nice! Easy set up. Just as described.
One used one day so far but they performed awesome! Plugged them in and they were ready to use! Clear sound and people were able to hear me clearly as well. Double ear is wonderful! Nice cord for my desk as well.

Headset
Headphones work well. Not sure if they are noise cancelling as I can still hear sounds in the background. I really needed them for dual ear coverage. I think they work great though. Clear sound for speaking and listening.

Great product
I do some work in our 911 call center. Sometimes the room is noisy and chaotic. The double ear set up blocks out most of the noise and they are very clear.

Plantronics not as good as it used to be
Update May 2025, After I posted the review below, the retailer contacted me and said I was covered under a warranty. The sent Me a new unit that is working. Thus far I am pleased with Plantronics although it has been only a week. I purchased this in October 2024 and already on April 17, 2025 the headset no longer works. It only worked less than 6 months. I was being loyal to Plantronics because they have always worked well for me but no more. From now on I will purchase the cheapest headset that is NOT Plantronics.

Disappointing
I'm an appointment scheduler at a busy medical practice and I've been using these headphones for nearly a month. I've had all sorts of issues with them. Randomly I can barely hear the patients, they sound super far away. The worst issue though is about every other phone call they hear an echo when they speak. I've tried adjusting the volume and it still has the same results. I'm returning these and hoping I can find something better.

Works great
My last headset died after 10 years daily hard core use. I wanted something simple and was going to work every single time with no fuss. If that’s what you too are looking for than this is thee headset to get. It’s light weight simple to use with a great build quality

Great buy
Great buy for the price and type of product....tested out the noise cancelling with load background noise and you could not hear anything, clear sound on the headphones too.

Great adjustable mouth piece
Really great feature the ear piece and mouthpiece swivel. Not so great feature there’s no locking the headband. It constantly stretches to the max width.
