Measuring the User Experience: Collecting, Analyzing, and Presenting Usability Metrics (Interactive Technologies) : Albert, William, Tullis, Thomas: desertcart.in: Books Review: Every single thing you can learn from this book is intuitively obvious to do and/or blatantly unnecessary to memorize. If this book has convinced me of anything, it's that the author's entire field of study is for people not smart enough to be technicians, overly academic and ultimately pointless. Review: It's a great book. Focused in real situations.

This is the best, and the only book for new all new, and practising UX Researchers that I would recommend. It's quite dense so best to read bits at a time and make sure to grasp that fully before moving on to the next chapters.

Je cherchais un livre traitant des tests utilisateurs. Ce livre est très complet et permet de comprendre comment mesurer, verifier la validé des mesures. Un des livres les plus complets sur le sujet !
