Fantastic
Expensive, but worth it. A little goes a long way ... great for adding smokey chipotle flavor to BBQ sauces, chili or using as a coating on grilled chicken alone. Coating wings in this sauce before grilling or air frying is fantastic. Only three ingredients - chipotle peppers, vinegar and salt. No additives, anti-clumping chemicals, seed oils or other garbage. Very impressed.

This product has a wonderful smokiness to it
Iโve use this product in a multitude of things I cook. For me the smokiness and the balance of flavor with a suggestion of some heat/spicy is perfect for creoles omelettes and a casserole I make

Purchase made for non-intended use
I can't speak for flavor, but I can say that this product is as hot as it claims to be... I'm not a big purveyor of spicy stuff in general, but I'm sure those that are would be pleased with whatever they decide to do with it. My usage? Squirrel deterrent. I used to have 5 or so squirrels ripping up my garden and rampaging my birdfeeders. Peppermint bags helped a little but they just learned to avoid them... so I was left with 3 options: trapping, killing, or chemical warfare. I chose the latter... While I dislike the little miscreants I don't believe they deserve to be harmed for doing what's natural, plus putting food out to begin with was my fault. Some research on the internet revealed that most mammals are averse to capsaicin whereas birds aren't.... And so I discovered this product, whom I can only surmise is made by the red variety of D&D dragons. Mixing it on the peanuts and seed I put out has reduced my squirrel regulars from 5 to 1. The 1 leftover I assume is a psychopath. It leaves my garden alone so I won't complain. A bit of a pricey solution, but for those of you out there using it in more economical ways, you'll get everything you're expecting out of this and then some... You may want to invest in buying a few extra bundles of toilet paper along with it. You should probably also wear gloves when handling this stuff.
