The product is good in size. Love the elastic band so I don’t have to keep holding it in place. It’s light weight. Easy to use. I have not tried heating it but the freezer part is good.

The soft beads allow for wrapping around a knee or ankle if needed. Each pack has a soft handle on the back that can be held onto the sore area.I can’t wait for these to arrive at their house. I’m sure their mother with love the sweet heart shaped note. I hope she reads it to the children.

Love the size. It’s the perfect size to put on any any of your body and it’s easy to store in the freezer. I love how it has a handle so when I have a headache I can hold it on my head or forehead. Works very well and it’s comfortable
