Algorithmic method, but no stroke orders
The author is going by the algorithm on how to learn each alphabet from friendliest to least known. Reading and writing words after learning and familiarizing yourself with the Russian alphabet. What makes this one star short of a five, is there are no stroke orders in printing or writing the alphabet. She has a picture of the letter, then states to copy them multiple times, but does not say how to make the letter. I had to buy another book with the stroke orders, with downloadable audio. The audio to listen with this book is from Teach Yourself, the app has had complaints from reviewers of not working properly and the company does not respond or just downright ignores the concerns. The company Teach Yourself in order to get the app, want a lot of information to the point it seems like data mining or phishing.

Very helpful
I found this book to be very helpful for learning how to write the Russian alphabet. Just like with my native English letters there's a proper way to write Russian letters and I felt like this book showed you how without muddying up the process.
