I honestly thought that I was purchasing a headset from a trustworthy company. I spent quite a lot of time and based on feedbacks decided to pay more and chose Jabra Evolve2 65. I was quite satisfied for 1st year but later I've noticed that sound started to be interrupted on the right part. I'm using the head set for work only, it is in brand new condition but there seems to be an inner defect. If I only new I would go with another brand, this one is just not worth it

First of all, don't even bother using this headset on a Windows PC unless you use the included special bluetooth dongle. Part of it is due to bluetooth standards that their magic dongle works around, but some parts are not really understandable, such as using another bluetooth adapter leaves you unable to use the Jabra software and their UC integration. So, if you plan to use this with a laptop, avoid this headset unless you are OK with using a dongle. If you need to use this on two separate computers, you need to buy another magic dongle for ~$100. The dock gives off an annoying whining noise when charging, luckily it stops when fully charged. Microphone boom is short and angled weirdly which makes it poke into my cheek. I've not yet mustered the courage to try to bend it since it feels like it will break. The Jabra Direct software needed for all features to work is pretty decent. Doesn't require registering an account, and is pretty fast and responsive. Lots of settings, but most are annoying and dumb. I use this headset for Zoom, and the default setting is to have a voice saying "Muted"/"Unmuted" every time I mute/unmute in Zoom. Nobody in their right mind would want that. However, turning it off requires turning off *all* in-ear voice notifications, even the ones that are actually useful. Sound quality and battery life is good. The dock is easy enough to use, so I actually put the headset back after each call rather than just putting it on the desk. All in all, I would not recommend this product unless you really need the softphone integration.

Los he comprado por recomendación de un familiar para compartir una oficina con mi novio pero se escuchaba más su voz que la mía en las llamadas. Lo he cambiado por unos Poly y ya no tengo ese problema!

Ganz kurz zusammengefasst: Ich war anfangs vom ersten Eindruck her sehr begeistert und mir sind die Kritikpunkte erst später aufgefallen als ich es nicht mehr zurückschicken konnte. Das Headset ist okay aber für den Preis bin ich nicht so richtig zufrieden. - Für mich das Wichtigste: Die Mikrofonqualität ist für den Preis einfach nicht herausragend. Man hört sich blechern und dumpf an. Nähere Umgebungsgeräusche werden fast gar nicht unterdrückt z.B. wenn man auf der Tastatur tippt oder im Hintergrund Leute sich unterhalten. Es ist okay aber es wurde mir jetzt schon sehr häufig gesagt, dass ich mich sehr komisch anhöre. In der Regel ist man aber trotzdem immer gut zu verstehen. - Audioqualität ist gut und reicht auch um Musik anzuhören. Schön ausgeglichen aber natürlich nicht so gut wie reine Kopfhörer in diesem Preissegment. - Bluetooth/Jabra Link Verbindung ist einfach mies. Habe mich für die kabellose Variante entschieden um auch in der Wohnung während dem Homeoffice herumzulaufen. Sobald ich aus dem Zimmer rausgehe und 1 Wand dazwischen ist, ist die Verbindung weg. Selbst wenn keine Wand dazwischen ist fangen ab 5 Meter Abstand sofort Störungen an und 1 Meter weiter ist die Verbindung weg. - Die Ladestation ist auch nicht gut durchdacht. Man muss jedes mal das Headset ewig herumfriemeln bis es genau auf den Ladekontakten aufliegt. Also nichts mit kurz abstellen und aufladen. Hatte schon häufig das Headset auf die Ladestation gesteckt und am nächsten Tag war der Akku leer, weil er keinen Kontakt hatte. Die Lade-LED ist zudem an der Unterseite des Headsets und man sieht es daher immer sehr schlecht, ob das Headset nun auch wirklich lädt.....

Für einen Preis von knapp 200 € ist die Qualität leider nicht akzeptabel. Die Kopfpolster zeigen bereits nach weniger als zwei Jahren starke Abnutzung (siehe Foto), obwohl das Produkt nur selten genutzt wurde. Das Kunstleder löst sich, das Polstermaterial liegt frei – ein klarer Hinweis auf minderwertige Material- bzw. Komponentenwahl. In dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich eine deutlich längere Haltbarkeit. Vergleichbare oder sogar bessere Qualität erhält man bei anderen Herstellern bereits für rund 20 €. Insgesamt leider kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Keine Kaufempfehlung.
