Review: Feel better when eating less and exercising more - I'm not an athlete, but I am trying to lose weight, exercise more, and eat in shorter windows (not quite IF but trying to at least give my gut a rest more). I take one with a bottle of water if I've exercised a lot, or when I feel shaky and dizzy, and they really seem to help. Another bonus of them is that they seem to make me feel thirstier for drinking water, which was always hard for me. I have been able to up my water intake on days when I take them. I was brought up to think salt was evil, but my daughters have POTS and one of them takes electrolytes (a different brand formulated for people with POTS) and I was amazed how much it helped so I decided to try these and I'm glad I did.

I got this to ease muscle cramps and edema in feet. It works much better for me to take 500mg+ of just a magnesium supplement, this supplement did not seem to affect my issues much.
