If so what is the sample rate?** A: The capture buffer is in PC memory. You can be rate limited by the USB if you are capturing many channels at high rate especially analog channels. The new beta software scan show you the waveform as it's captured with some limitations. In use it routinely to capture long periods of medium speed serial channels. **Q: The list of protocols includes usb but specifically says usb 1.1. am i to assume this cannot decode usb 2.0? and why not?** A: Saleae Logic Pro 16's maximum sampling rate is 500 MS/s per channel, for up to 6 channels. Therefore, it is not capable of decoding USB 2.0 (running at 480 Mbps) due to bandwidth limitations.
