Good tips, easily dettachable
Very easy to install, yet easy to brake. I had my first tip in the front pocket of my plants (my bad) and the rubber tip broke loose from the plastic when I removed it from the pocket. I strongly suggest to put it away with the CAP ON. Other than that it is a great product since you can see where the tip is, as opposed to the blunt rubber stylus. I can imagine it been caught up in other places and coming off, so handle it carefully.I have stopped using it constantly favoring a brush type stylus and using this type of stylus gingerly and less often. Too frail!I find them a bit expensive, since I am sure their cost can be in the CENTS range, but this item is not shipping free and you have to add that to the cost of $2/per tip. In the meantime, I have orded an addional set (after my first set) after seeing the first one go so easily. So my confidence on the tips durability is shown in the fact that I have bought 6 of them. That is almost the cost of the stylus. I love the system, but be aware they can be dettached easily so cap when in the pockets or not in use.UPDATE:After 9 tips of these i think i need another stylus that does not have so high a replacement rate. I am on my last tip. Suggestions acceppted!

Get this pen. Be happy.
The Musemee Notier V2 is the very best stylus I've used, and I've tried far, far more expensive options. Here's my review of the pen: https://www.amazon.com/review/R3ELBLW26UTKHE/ref=cm_cr_rdp_perm.I've had some tips that lasted more than a year and others that broke in a couple of months. I don't know what made the difference as some of the breakages were a tad mysterious. But the pen is so great, and the tips are so cheap, I'm a happy customer. Don't let a little tip breakage potential stand in your way. The pens come with an extra tip in any case. So you should be good to go for some time before you need to buy replacements. They are easy to install. One tip about the tips: when replacing them, they just glide into the pen - there is no click or need for much pressure at all.

Excellent product!
Easy to install. Excellent product. I bought 2 sets of these and they are perfect. They come in a plastic tube to help keep them safe while not being used. I use this stylus for school and so I keep a spare tip in my bag in case the one I'm using breaks. They are super easy to replace. Just pull out the old one and put in the new! It takes about 20 seconds, if even, to replace the tip. Love this product!

Very fragile, but good
I feel like these are getting more fragile these days. When I first bought my Notier stylus years ago, I went nearly a year before breaking one tip. Now, I broke three within a week. I definitely need to be more careful with them, and one broke because my dog jumped in my lap and hit the stylus, but when I first got my stylus I dropped it repeatedly without the tip breaking so I think they're definitely more fragile now than they used to be. Be VERY careful with your stylus, I'm ordering new tips and I won't use them when the dogs are around, and be sure to re-cap it whenever you're not using it. If these break as quickly as the last ones, I might have to look into other styluses which is a shame because I love the Notier. Here's hoping it was just a fluke with the last pack I ordered.

Inexpensive and quiet!
This is a repost of the review that I wrote for the Musemee Notier V2 stylus, which also applies to these replacement tips:I'm back in college for another degree, after deciding that I desperately needed a career change. I decided from the get-go that I would attempt to use my iPad for all of my note-taking needs, and while it took some getting used to in the beginning, I've become a solid convert over the past couple of years. Seriously, two full-time years of notes at my fingertips any time I need them? It's so convenient, and when classmates ask me to share my notes, it's ridiculously easy to just shoot the notes in an email directly from my iPad.But, I digress. If you're going to be taking handwritten notes on an iPad, the first thing you need (after a good note-taking app) is a good stylus. For handwriting, I'm a big fan of a stylus with a precision tip; there are some instances in which a rubber or microfiber tip is a better choice for a particular writing task, but 95% of the time, I reach for a precision stylus. Before purchasing the Notier V2, I was using the Adonit Jot stylus, which I thought was the best stylus around. The main problem I had with the Jot was the fact that replacement tips (which I found myself needing quite often) cost more than I wanted to pay... but I really had no choice if I wanted a functional stylus. The Notier comes with extra tips right off the bat, and purchasing additional replacement tips is considerably less expensive than with the Jot.Another turnoff I found with the Jot was the noisy "tap, tap, tap" on the iPad screen as I furiously kept up with lectures. (I know that a lot of people prefer typing over handwriting, but I find that I retain information a LOT better when I physically write each word; plus, I like to draw pictures!) Anyway, enter the Musemee Notier V2: not only are the stylus tips inexpensive, the buffer created by the rubber core makes writing SO much quieter than with the "tappy" Jot tip. In class, I'd always get so self-conscious and worried that the tapping was bothering or annoying other people, so the Notier not only made writing less annoying for me, it also relieved my anxiety about bothering other people (and, if my fears were true, it also made my writing less annoying for everyone else). Why do I keep talking about the replacement tips? Well, one downfall of the Notier is that the tips are EXTREMELY easy to break. Over time, I have learned to be more careful when using the stylus, but during the first week of use, I broke two of my three tips. If the tip snags on anything (for instance, my sweater, as I went to sweep my hair behind my shoulders with the stylus in my hand), it will almost assuredly break. The rubber is very weak. Fortunately, as stated before, the company provides replacement tips with the purchase of the stylus, and although I have become less careless about handling it, I ordered a couple of extra replacement tip packs to have on hand just in case-- at the low cost, it seemed silly not to!All-in-all, this is a smooth-writing precision stylus that is easy on the budget and very quiet against the iPad glass (relatively speaking, of course). Cheaper than the Adonit Jot, on top of being a superior product. Musemee gets an solid A from me!
