Really great product. I just started using regularly and it's been really helping my sleep and my ability to fall asleep better and longer. It's got the natural ingredient for chamomile tea and it's so it works really well. Really helpful for people who have trouble this. As usual, Dorado does a great job with their products

1/3 ingredients in sleep cocktail
Dr Andrew huberman recommends a sleep cocktail of mangesium threonate at 200-400mg 2-3 hours before sleep, theanine 200-400mg, and apigenin 50mg.This is the brand I went with, vs his recommended brand (cannot find his preferred one for sure).Apigenin on its own is not enough.

I heard about this product on a podcast an found it on here from this company. So far, it helps me have a more restfull sleep after a workout or stressfull day so I can be read for the next day
