It was too small, even after I measured liked it said to do. and my arms are small. Would not be worth it to send back, because of cost at my own expense. It looks like it is made nicely and am disappointed that it was too small.

This is the 2nd one, we bought within a month....while one is being washed, my wife, uses the otherone.....Fantastic results, my wife being chonically ill, was getting a bed sore, on the right elbow, for because of her condition, she favors laying on her right side.This Elbow support, protects that area, and within a month, she has complete healing of the bed sore. AmenWe are highly pleased.

A SM/MD is supposed to fit 8.0 – 10.5 inch (Measure around straightened elbow). This does NOT fit a 10 inch elbow! It was starting to cut circulation in less than 2 minutes. NOTE: Always read reviews first. It will save a lot of wasted time sending back and reordering.
