I find it difficult. What am I doing wrong ?** A: It can be difficult.I look for the border between a white layer and a green layer, then follow it to one end or the other of the roll. I then find the point where the top strip ends. (Sometimes it can be difficult to discern which color layer is on top depending on how dirty the whole roll is.) once I find that point, that very tip of the layer on top, I peel it back with my fingernail.The strength of the adhesive can make this difficult so sometimes I'll pull out my pocket knife or a kitchen knife and stick it under the top layer to peel that point back. Then I carefully pull, or unwind, the top, dirty layer off along the length of the roll. If you're successful, it should come off in one piece in a spiral.One last thing: I try to do this over a trash basket since some of the dirt on the layer I'm removing can come loose during this process.Good luck.
