I wear a 2xl thermal and this is the perfect size. If you like your thermals a little tighter you could even go a size down.They are super comfortable and cannot be worn as pajamas as they get way too hot. I work in refrigeration which is why I have them. In 35 degrees I don't need a sweater or refrigerator gear, just these.The only downside is there is no front flap to handle business and I drink so much water. Small sacrifice I guess.

I've been rocking the same thermals for good part of a decade. It was time for an upgrade. This is the set I landed on and couldn't be happier. They are true to size/fit. Happy with length of sleeve and pant. Being 6-3 is rough in that regard. These are so incredibly comfortable. I wore them all day in my non-insulated garage (30ish degrees) and never once got cold except my hands. Matched with a good pair of socks and beanie, you become impervious to the cold. And I just ordered a second pair for under $20 on sale.I'll be wearing these a lot. It's night and day on comfort and warmth in comparison to anything else I've worn before. Surprise your husband and give him one less thing to complain about when he shovels snow.
