Fixed no dash lights issue
The dash lights on my truck no longer came on automatically at night. The dash lights would not work at all, so it is impossible to see how fast you are going with no dash lights. Replacing the headlight switch fixed the issue. It took about 5 minutes to do. You do not need any tools. There are YouTube videos that show you how to do it.

Super easy to install - works great
2001 GMC Yukon XL 1500 lost all instrument, radio / clock, & 4WD Led indicator lights. Took 5 minutes to remove dash trim panel and unplug old module to replace with new. Perfect fit and all lights are working properly. Thumb wheel that controls the instrument panel dimming features seems a little stiff to move but functions.

Do not buy!
After installing this garbage my tbc fuse would blow sometimes multiple times daily, really frustrating to lose headlights while on a long trip at night. Major cause of frustration! Put a factory switch back in and no more issue. Aside from that the color definitely stuck out and looked out of place. If you need a headlight switch I would suggest flashlights ducktaped in place before buying this particular switch. Spent more on fuses (slightly exaggerated) than I did purchasing this, not worth it!
