Pretty Easy to Install
First off, please realize that you will likely have to relocate your deadbolt (if you have a deadbolt). This is pretty common with these smart handle locks because they're so tall they would bump into the deadbolt if you tried to install in the normal place. So make sure you can work with that.I thought the instructions were pretty easy to follow. If you have zero experience installing a door knob, you should probably watch a Youtube or two first just to get how it's supposed to work. The lock looks very nice. I appreciate that the battery and everything is located inside the house. The keypad does read when I push on it so that's cool.I liked that there were many different options to access the lock so you don't always have to worry about having internet or a dead battery or remembering a code or having the physical key or keycard, etc.I will say that it's a struggle to get the fingerprint reader to read sometimes. I've added myself twice to the unit so it should have an even better chance at recognizing me but sometimes it does take 7 or 8 tries to get in. THAT SAID: the lock gets SUPER hot in the afternoon due to the setting sun and perhaps the heat makes it less accurate. It's possible that it would read the fingerprint better if it wasn't boiling hot.I DO like the keypad but....you have to know it's there. If you don't know it's there, you wouldn't be able to tell. It just looks like a blank door knob. So you have to poke the area the keypad is in before the numbers light up. THEN you can use the keypad. Not a big deal but I'm not sure it will work great if you had an AirBNB or something because guests might not intuitively understand that they need to touch the blank handle before the numbers will light up.I also think it's weird that you can't lock the handle from the inside. Like, there's no button to do that, apparently? And when you want to lock the door after you leave, you have to hit the * symbol on the keypad (or I believe you can lock it from the app) which is fine but not exactly intuitive. So, again, if you had AirBNB guests, they'd have to read your instructions to lock the door and we all know people struggle to read instructions...lol.There IS an autolock feature which is great if it's your house and just you and the fam come in and out. But if you have AirBNB guests, I don't think the autolock option is ok to leave on because guests aren't going to memorize their codes and what if they get locked outside without their phone? They'd have no way to figure out what the code is OR any way to contact you. However, I do really like the lock and all the features so I would recommend buying it and giving it a try.Just one thing to note for those who care: you don't need WiFi to set up or use this lock. It connects to your phone via Bluetooth and once it's set up, you don't even need Bluetooth. Just use the fingerprint or keypad or keycard, etc. I believe you can set up the lock to work with WiFi but I believe you'd have to purchase a second gateway or something and plug it into your house and I don't have internet so.... yeah.

Great look, Easy Install
Appearance: I was so excited to receive this item and install it to finish up my game room look I was going for. I chose the gold look and upon review of the components, they were all good, no scratches or dents of any kind. The items felt good in the hand and not as if they were completely cheaply made. The handles had some weight to them. All in all I couldnโt wait for the install.Installation: I remembered there was a video of the installation of this product before I purchased it and thatโs what I went off of. Made things super quick and simple and easy to follow. The one thing Iโd recommend that should be mentioned in showed in the video is regarding the placement of the wired connection on the inner side as you connect the inner and outer pieces together. In the video it isnโt clear enough of how itโs placed and caused a minor hiccup in the installation as I had to find a place to put the connection to be able to push the inner piece to the mount to screw the outer piece in place. For me the rest of the process went smooth. I have 2 small concerned complaints: first is the door handles are tightened in place by a very small screw with a provided Allen wrench. Weโll see how well the screw holds up. Second: the cap covering the keyed access isnโt held on or tied on by anything so once the piece is removed itโs up to the user to put the piece back. In other words I feel it can be lost easily. In a way, itโs very easy to take them off and switch to other side if needed. After charging some batteries, installing the fully charged batteries, downloading the phone app (on iPhone 13 Pro), following the video to connect my locking device to the app was very simple and easy. I also tried the many other options (using keyed in codes on the keypad, fingerprints, included rf cards, and keys). Everything worked and went smooth. Tried the fingerprints the next day and all is well. This unit does speak (unlocked, locked, battery low, using keypadโฆand such). Not sure if this feature can be turned off but I like it so it stays on for me. Will update review if anything worthy to report.Overall Price: I feel the price may be a bit too high but according to other similar locking devices and the technology used, itโs acceptable.

Overall not bad
Itโs exactly as described, can get a little glitchy at times. It will go to sleep and you have to jiggle the handles to get it to work. Other than that easy to assemble, instructions takes some time to get if you are a first timer but once itโs set up itโs easy to use.

Smart Door Lock - Looks great and it works
The door lock is easy to segup and install. This can also be access using the app. One issue that i had was the screw to the plate were a little bit shorter. There is a backup screws and it has the correct length. Advised i have is create a few fingerprint setup with the different name. Also change the position of your finger when setting it up.

Great smart lock!
The Sifely Smart Lock is the Future of Home SecurityThe Sifely smart lock product is revolutionizing home security, making it easier and more secure than ever. With a sleek design, top-of-the-line technology, and a wide range of features, the Sifely Smart Lock is an ideal choice for those looking to keep their homes safe and secure. In this Sifely smart lock product review, we will explore the features and benefits of this impressive device and how it can help to enhance your home security.Product OverviewThe Sifely lock feels high quality in your hands. The device is heavy gauge steel with a plastic digital screen keypad, a biometric fingerprint scanner, RFID swipe keys, and custom emergency keys like you have never seen before. Emergency access is cleverly hidden and would not be easily guessed by a thief. One-time digital passcodes can also be issued, and an access log is accessible from the app that describes which code was used to gain entry, whether it be a biometric or RFID card, and who it is assigned to, along with the time and day stamp.InstallationInstallation is a breeze. Just remove your old lock and install the new one just like you would any other door lock. Only one wire is connected from one side of the door lock to the other. The system is self-contained and runs off of 4x AA batteries (not included). There are only about six total screws to install this device. Three screws for the keypad, two for the bolt, and two Allen screws for the actual door handle. The total time for a novice to install is about 10 to 15 minutes, of which you will probably spend 6 minutes looking at the instructions before you realize it is so simple you should have just started and guessed your way through. The door locks can only go together one way, so you must put in considerable effort to get it wrong. The biometric part is the same as installing a fingerprint on your cell phone through the app. Just assign a name, then tap the sensor with your finger and hit save. 30 seconds at most. The temporary numeric passwords are auto-generated and are also assigned a name by you and generate a text message you send to users that come complete with instructions and are only valid for the length of time and number of uses you assign. The RFID key cards are also simple; name the card and tap it on the keypad. It should take 10 seconds at most.Ease of UseSuper simple. No more wondering if you locked the door when you left the house or having to lug around another key. After you set it up, you can open the door lock with your fingerprint. The lock looks super slick, and everyone who sees me use it is always super impressed. Batteries last a good long while, and if you do have to replace them, there is only one small screw to remove.FeaturesDigital smart door lockPhone app access controlRFID key cards x 2 included.Unlimited biometric access (fingerprint)Unlimited temporary numeric passwords (user-dictated # of uses or length of time validation)Notifications when the door is opened to your phone (can turn on or off)Emergency alarm if wrong code or unregistered fingerprint is used too many timesEmergency shut down if the wrong code or unregistered fingerprint is used too many timesProduct reviewI have tried a great deal of these types of locks. Functionality varies greatly among manufacturers, and customer service is often times sketchy or nonexistent. I have to say my experience has been top-notch since day one. First, the packaging comes complete with all the parts the only two items you will need are a regular Phillips screwdriver (cross head) and 4 x AA batteries. I initially bought one for my front door about a year ago. Somehow the handle broke, and I wrote the manufacturer ( the contact email was right in the phone application). They responded within an hour or so to an email I sent, asking me to send them a picture of the bar code inside the battery cover and a picture of the damage, and within two days, I had a new door lock set at my front door!Amazing, no hassle, super quick, and very friendly. All along the process, they kept me informed of what they were doing when the new set was sent and gave me tracking truly exceptional service. The device feels very high quality with good heft, and the locks are very responsive and offer a ton of ways to control who, how, and when guests can access it, and the locks are very responsive. They auto-lock within a few seconds of unlocking, so you never have to be worried about someone coming into your home uninvited. One of the worst feelings is getting halfway to where you are going and having a feeling in your gut you forgot to lock the door. The application is very simple to use and has saved me a ton of times when I needed to give someone access to the house, like a family member or my housekeeper. I also like that you donโt have to give someone a permanent access code, although that is an option also. You can give the access code just for an hour or one access attempt. The price is very fair, and the quality is very good. I would buy it again.

Advanced | Loaded with Features
This Fingerprint, Bluetooth, Keyless, & Biometric Smart Lock is amazing right out of the box. First of all, is so well-made and appears to be very durable to last a long time. The functions and features really blew my mind and exceeded all my expectations as to their reliability, performance, and ease of use. Installing and setting up this Smart Door Lock is very easy and the instructions are easy to understand. The app that goes along with the lock is also easy to use and allows for so many great functions to make this the most complete and loaded smart lock I have used to date. The ability to create custom codes and one-time use is such a great function (especially for those that may get deliveries while away, or have someone coming by to care for their pets, babysitters, and so on) that the possibilities are endless. It also would make for a great Airbnb situation. The password random digit function is such a great deterrent and safety protection against people trying to watch you put in the code from being able to come back and duplicate what they saw you do. I really love this. The fact that there are 6 possible ways to utilize this lock (Fingerprint, through the app, using a standard mechanical key, passcodes, ID Cards, and remote when you purchase the Gateway device (that is not included) really impressed me. The other thing I like is that keeps a log of when the door was opened, how it was opened, and by whom. This Smart Lock is totally amazing and worth every penny. Best one I have ever seen

Great to use for a business, easy to set up and clone to additional locks
I do I.T. work for a local business, and they wanted a better way to secure their doors inside the building. After doing some research and looking I came across these and decided to check it out. I got the first one installed, and it worked perfectly after getting it all set up. The fingerprint scanner worked, the code input worked, and the FOB worked, so there are multiple ways to enter using these methods.Once the owners saw that they worked well and were easy to use, we got 8 more for the business. They were super simple to set up, and the nicest thing about it, is I could tell it to clone all of the information from another lock, so I didn't have to manually set up each lock individually. The only thing it does not clone is the fingerprints, which I can understand, and those are super simple to add, just might take a while if you have multiple doors with this lock.It would be nice if they connected remotely by themselves, but they require a wireless HUB if you want to do that, so it's not a major downfall, especially for the price!Very easy to install, and easy to set up!

Perfect for my B&B
Easy to install. Easy to use. Good for my private owned guesthouse.

Good when it worked.
When it works it is great, purchased in December but by Feb the lock did not always unlock. Not the batteries but the plastic plunger that activates the handle. Difficult to replace as it was over 30 days but managed in the end. Now on the second one so see if itโs a one off failure or a design fault.

Very easy to install and setup.
Easy to install and use, setup was a breeze. I added all fingerprints swiftly and it works flawlessly. Fits behind my screen door with no issues and looks very nice on my door. My one gripe was there is no QR code to download the app (have to search TT Lock on the store).

Too bulky compared to other smart lock
Too much bulky and we canโt lock the screen door. End up buying other smart door lock so better check the size.
