Body Groove HIIT 2

This is probably the worst exercise DVD I've ever seen, and I've looked at a lot of them through the years.Just some lame dance moves throughout. Not structured, VERY repetitive, nothing I would call HIIT training here.The instructor is pleasant but this set is basically useless. Putting on a favorite dance CD and moving around the room would probably accomplish more than this would.😕
