Does this drone / drone controller support the beta flight controller tuning app ?

Unfortunately, no. You must use BetaFPV's own version of Betaflight...the BetaFPV configurator.

Can you use a bt2.0 300mah 1s battery on the ceetus pro?

I guess 'technically' the answer is yes but you'd drastically shorten the flight time and you'd have to figure out a way to secure the 300mah battery as it is much smaller than the 450mah battery.
