This is a good trampoline, though there are a couple things I'm not in love with.It is sturdy and seems high quality. The biggest drawback is that unlike many trampolines, there is no zipper for the safety net enclosure. It is intended to have a sort of overlapping front door that you skip between, although in practice the door almost always just stays open because it is impossible to get the net tight enough to stay closed as they show in the instructions. All in all I'm happy with the trampoline. It replaces a smaller one we had at a previous home, and this one does seem to be higher quality than the wal-mart special I had previously. But given the relatively high price, I would have expected a better net system that would have a functioning door.

High quality and looks great in our yard.
I give the trampoline itself 5 stars but deduct a star for the cheap afterthought of a safety net. My husband and his friends had the trampoline assembled in just an hour but spent the next two hours trying to assemble the safety net! The net still doesn't look like the item pictures after much fussing. Despite the net, the trampoline itself is fantastic. Sturdy, very attractive (not the glaring bright blue and bright metal of cheaper trampolines) and lots of fun to jump on. Shipping was quick and instructions were thorough (excepting the safety net assembly).

Overall a good trampoline.
Okay, I thought between an 4 and 5 star before finally giving it a five star. I gave it a 5-star mainly because we do love it. It has worked out for our entire family. The weight limit being higher than many other trampolines is a big plus.If you buy one of these, I doubt you will be disappointed - once you get it assembled. However that being said let me give you a slight caution about assembly. The basic Trampoline is easy to setup, 2 people can do it with no trouble. The trouble begins when you start installing the safety features, mainly the net. I would strongly suggest before attempting this part that you look at the videos that the company has setup to help explain this part. It will help, but in the end the net is a pain to set-up. I would strongly recommend to the company that they try and come out with a method that does not take so many steps, or so long. But once set up the net and padding do seem to work as expected.I should also add that the boxes came somewhat damaged, but the product inside was not damaged. I think this has to do with the weight of each box (around 100 lbs). I think it is just too heavy for UPS to safely ship. So just look closely at the boxes delivered and take inventory fairly quickly to make sure none of the parts were dropped out of the box during shipping.

Terrible new safety net design
The “new and improved” safety net is horrible! Not only is it impossible for an adult to get in and out of the trampoline, but there is a big gap in the net that our toddler could easily fall through. To fix this, we now have very strong Velcro straps that we use to close the net every time we use it. If they go back to a zipper net, you have a winner!

Worth the extra money
While AlleyOOP trampolines are certainly one of the most expensive options out there, you really do get what you pay for in the case of trampolines. More money = higher levels of safety and quality. We chose to spend the extra money on an AlleyOOP because our neighbors have had one for more than 5 years, and it still looks brand new. Our order arrived in 2 days. It took my husband just a few hours to put the trampoline together and my kids have been bouncing and enjoying it ever since. You will not be disappointed with this trampoline.

Good quality
Trampoline very sturdy and safe, anchor kit not necessary. All parts needed for assembly came along with a few spare parts. Assembly not too difficult good instructions fairly straight forward, takes two people 3-4 hours to assemble.

Money well spent
After going through 2 el cheapo trampolines in 3 years, I convinced my wife to let me pull the trigger on this guy. We couldn't be happier with that decision. The vinyl, frame and padding justify the premium price over the wal-mart specials. It's now had a year of abuse from mother nature, my 3 kids (3,5,7 yr olds), sister-in-law, wife and too many other people to mention and looks as if I just set it up yesterday. Unbelievable quality from a great company. I purchased through Amazon and that too was a great experience.(as always!)Highly Recommended!!

Poor customer service but good trampoline
I've been really patient in waiting for the ladder, without success nor resolution. I have made numerous calls over the last month to JumpSport, speaking with supervisors, and each time I have been provided with an apology and assurance the matter will be resolved. It's now been nearly a month and we have yet to receive the ladder. Other than that, the trampoline is great although the setup took many many hours.
