Review: Best back brace Ever! - I tried other back braces and honestly this one is truly the best. It is a bit expensive but worth every penny. It helps keep your back straight without restricting you to death. I love the ice / heat pack. It works perfectly. I also love the handles that help to put on and adjust the brace. Some people mentioned it being hard to put on solo. I found it easy looking in a mirror. Some also mentioned it being heavy. I say no such thing unless maybe a little when you have the ice/heat pack on but your not going to be running a marathon anyway. This back brace is fantastic. It has made my back feel so much better. It has helped me to be more mobile when I otherwise would not.

I tried other back braces and honestly this one is truly the best. It is a bit expensive but worth every penny. It helps keep your back straight without restricting you to death. I love the ice / heat pack. It works perfectly. I also love the handles that help to put on and adjust the brace. Some people mentioned it being hard to put on solo.
