Boosted my system to help heal a wound!
This is a good quality item for me when I needed a boost to my immune system to help heal an annoying wound. My lips tend to split in the winter no matter how I moisturize it. It healed quickly after a few days of taking this! The size might look daunting to some but it was easy to swallow for me. Overall, this was the best composition of immune booster I could find for the price at the time.

I believe these are effective
I have been using these for this winter /flu season and knock on wood its been effective. I usually take them first thing after breakfast so theres no stomach upset ( usually when i take vitamins on an empty stomach i get a little nauseous) they are quite big but its fine with a huge gulp of water
