This works great in my wheelchair. Really helps to absorb the bumpy rides on some sidewalks, as well as some ramps at airport. Lightweight, fits perfectly in my wheelchair. As someone who had a fractured pelvis, I can say this made a huge difference in comfort.

This ROHO Mosaic PVC Air Cells Seat Cushion was a great buy & comfort for my need when I'm sitting or driving to help relieve the pressure sores on my buttocks.

I have been diagnosed with high hamstring tendonopathy and an adductor injury that cause pain near my sit bones, and I also have SI joint dysfunction. I normally sit for less than an hour per day because of these issues, but I used this cushion on a 2 hour flight recently. I was nervous when I saw the "no returns if this seal is broken" on the box, given the price of this cushion. Thankfully, the cushion arrive in new condition and works beautifully. I've tried *many* cushions in an effort to find pain relief and some semblance of "normalcy" (re: being able to go to coffee with friends, dinner with family, to travel, etc.) and this cushion? Best. cushion. ever! The air chambers help encourage micro movements and they continually redistribute the pressure so there are no or few pressure points. While I still had to get up to stretch and stand regularly on the flight, this is the most comfortable trip I've taken in years thanks to this cushion. My sit bone area was not sore afterwards (hooray!!), and my SI joints felt roughly the same (but maybe a little better) than with my usual memory foam cushion, even after a hard landing. It is now my new favorite cushion, and I hope it will be durable, given the price. It's also lightweight to travel with (however, not compact). Highly recommend trying if you can.
