Your high maintenance to be low maintenance go to! I use once a week and it save me so much time in the mornings. The color is great and looks so natural. I’ve rarely had any skin irritation and if I did it was because I wasn’t paying attention. I’ve tried henna in the past and actually had more skin irritation with that even though it’s supposed to be more natural.I will be a life long purchaser of this product.10/10

So I had to come leave this review as someone who used both the old formula for many years, saw the reviews of people saying they hate the formula, so I was so so hesitant to try this new one. If you are: don't. I love it. I love this formula MORE than the old one.During my rainbow hair days, I would purchase the blue-black for my lashes and brows. I hate wearing makeup, so I loved it. Now, I've gone back to my natural strawberry blonde (that comes with naturally translucent brows lol) I wanted a color closer to that. I went with medium brown. (Photos attached of my before/after)Now this formula is for brows only NO lashes. (Thankfully I still have some of the old formula for my lashes lol)-new formula was extremely easy to use. You don't premix anymore, but use both products in 2 steps on your brows. Why do I like this? Well tbh the old formula never mixed great. So...no mixing 👍-I see people say the color is too dark...I don't find these colors any darker than the old formula-I see people saying it doesn't last as long....big disagree. I've been super sick and spending hours in the steamy shower. I've been using skincare products that typically would fade them faster in the past....but not with the new formula. They're still looking good.So yeah. If you are like me, loved the old product and were a little skeeved out by the bad reviews....don't be. Buy it.

I used this product on my super blonde eyelashes to darken them and it worked well - clear instructions, easy to use - just make sure you don’t get it in your eyes or on your skin, and don’t get it on your fingernails bc it will stain. However, I don’t see it doing much of anything if you already have medium to dark eyebrows or lashes, I think it only worked for me because my eyelashes are very light. Lasted an okay amount of time, maybe 3 weeks for me.

This is the best eyebrow color I have ever found. Long lasting, and easy to apply. I've been looking for an eyebrow color kit this good for years. A customer in Sally Beauty told me about it, and suggested I look on Amazon! There it was.

This used to be the best product on the market and they changed the application process for some reason. Instead of mixing in one container and applying and being done, you now have to use two different containers, apply separately and wipe off between applications, and then leave it on to get the intensity level you are looking for. Before, you mixed, applied, waited 5 minutes, and were done. Now the process is complicated and the outcome could have been better. Before they changed it, I could do brows and lashes, but with the new process you can not do your lashes...it would be difficult and risky.

I've been dyeing my brows and lashes for over 20 years. I used Roux until it went out of production and since then have tried nearly every option available. I have been using the Swiss OPar and Godefroy for the last several years and have been pretty happy with those I tried the original 1000 hour product and loved it how much more convenient and easy to apply than the others, but quickly developed a skin allergy, so when the "gentle" version became available, I couldn't wait to try. Both tubes are a thin gel, neither gloppy at all (an improvement over the original 1000 hour). I applied it to my lashes (full disclosure: they do not say anywhere in the instructions that this is ok) and it does not drip or run like others. The two spoolies in different colors to avoid contamination is awesome. I used the little sticks from one of the other kits to apply to my eyelashes to minimize waste (the spoolies hold *a lot* of product that stays stuck in them), may do same on future for brows. The medium brown is probably a bit too dark and not red enough for me, will see how they wear and maybe try the blond next time. Great product!

I purchased the shade Light Brown/Blonde, and I am very happy with the results. I was worried that it would end up too dark, but I am pleasantly surprised. It looks great with my dirty blonde hair.Make sure you follow the steps exactly! I wasn’t going to follow the directions and just mix the two tubes together, but I’m so glad I didn’t. When you put on the second tube, there will be an instant color reaction. Initially it was VERY dark and I was nervous, but I left it on for the full 60 seconds and the color ended up being perfect.I did notice a slight burning sensation when I applied the second tube… not sure if it was supposed to do that but I still waited the full 60 seconds luckily didn’t have any reaction/rash. I’m assuming it was just the two ingredients interacting with each other?Overall I’m very happy with this product!
