These are solid and seem to do a pretty good job minus the whole not fitting and tuning ...
Just want to let everyone know that these do NOT fit into my Epiphone les paul custom. The plugs that anchor into the guitar body are too small for the holes in the guitar. Technically they work, I am currently using them but my guitar goes out of tune about every 45 minutes. It could be from bending the strings etc. through play, but it never did this with the stock hardware. These are solid and seem to do a pretty good job minus the whole not fitting and tuning issues.I ordered these to get an idea of what my guitar would look like with black hardware - I do not intend to keep them for long as I will be getting some actual hardware. For 10 bucks they are pretty good, you can probably get a washer from a hardware store and put it between the wood and the plugs to give them some support.

Good,solid pieces
These are "no brand" pieces. They are blank and black, which I prefer. They seem to be the same quality as the bridges from Guitarfetish, but they are less expensive. They are fairly hefty and I have no doubt they will last as long as the guitar you put them on.I like the large bushings that come with this set. The color is flat black, not shiny.I find them a perfect match for the satin finishes I put on the guitars I build. If you want glossy, this is not what you want.I like them because I am going for a minimalist, industrial look on my guitars...no gloss and as few "tags" visible as possible.I do not know if they are a direct replacement for Gibson as the ad suggests. The seller is overseas,so shipping does take some time...take that into account and you'll be happy

Very nice but doesn't fit Epiphone.
I bought this to make the bridge and tail piece match the pick guard and pickups on my Epiphone studio Les Paul. It's much better quality than the original hardware, and looks great, but I had to fill and redrill the mounting holes from the old hardware. I expect its made to fit only Gibson. I didn't realize there were so many differences between the two makers of Les Pauls. All in all, it's a good product if you have the skills to do the mods to the body of your Epiphone.

Replaced both on my 94 Korean epiphone Les Paul. The stock bridge posts were to small and I didn't want to drill so I just wrapped the posts and sat it on top. I'm usually going for top quality equipment but I figured these were so cheap that if they sucked it wouldn't matter but I was really surprised by the quality. Can't tell the difference between this bridge and a gibson tune o matic. If your not going for graph tech or something like that then try this out for 10$ you'll be surprised

they are without flaws
i purchased this for a custom repair of a Ibanez GAX70, i dint want to go with stock replacements and i wanted something cheap but decent, i got exactly that with this bridge set, only thing is that the bridge studs are bigger so i had to re-drill the hole in the guitar, nothing mayor.

Perfect Replacement
I am definitely glad that I ordered these. I wanted to replace the nickel finish bridge/tailpiece because my fretboard is very dark and my humbucker pick ups are black. My guitar looks great now. I also replaced my nickel finish tuning pegs with flat black and I am thrilled. The bridge and tailpiece were a snap to install and were an easy replacement on my Epiphone Les Paul Special II. Very easy to adjust and set up.
