Hi, the game is designed to be permanently installed onto a flat wall, so be sure to choose a location that can be your designated game space. You will also want to be sure to choose a space with enough room for game play (6-8 fee way from the board). The installed game height should be tall enough where most people can walk under it, approximately 6' - 6.5' from the arm of the game to the floor. Is the total/overall length/height 31” when closed? I only have 32” to work with that’s below a soffit and above a light switch.
