It comes with 2 handles. The clamps are very sturdy, yet the release mechanism is easy to take off. Somebody deserves an engineering award for the design.

Q: How do these do in the oven? Can the lids go in?

I’ve put the pans without handles in the oven with no problem, but I wouldn’t put the lid in there.

Q: Do the pans need seasoned?

No. They are ready to go. Nonstick and a really nice set.
