Really enjoyed ready this book Anthea has a really good way of explaining,, so easy to relate too.. very well informed

Not much in this book that isn’t common sense, i expected more from it really but saying that i’ve kept it to dip into and make me get back on track on what i should be doing. She believes in what she’s saying so makes you believe if she can do it so can i.

I was keen to read this book as I’ve followed Anthea for years and love her joie de vivre and absolute style. Unfortunately I felt a bit let down by the content and some of the recommendations. It was like a wish list not a practical guide; most of the products suggested, along with the aesthetic treatments, regular teeth whitening and the like are beyond a ‘normal’ woman’s budget. Also, I bought the Kindle version of the book. It ended at 78% and the rest were content and contributors pages!

Enjoyed dipping in the book, useful tips

Anthea’s book contains lots of advice from professionals across various industries along with tips & tricks and personal stories from Anthea herself. It’s a great lighthearted read with easy to follow advice

Been trying to get this book wasn't in stock anywhere I looked, although it did take 8 days to get to me, still really pleased

It’s so obvious that, even if Anthea Turner wasn’t benefiting from her endorsements of all the people and products she mentions in her book at the time of writing, she is at least “angling” for some “freebies” for rabbiting on about treatments and products most average women can’t afford

This book is something you will keep going back to it full of useful information from beauty to health and well-being also menopause problems
