Serious Mass is no joke. I’ve always had trouble gaining/ keeping weight, for the first time in a long time I’ve found a product that makes a noticeable difference. Within the first month I gained almost 5lbs. It dissolves easily if you use a shaker bottle, and tastes great. Perfect for a morning shake. Great way to increase your daily caloric intake.

The weight gainer that works
Let me start this story by saying I have a very fast metabolism and go to the gym four days a week. Some can claim that my weight gain - or lack thereof - is my fault because of it. So, like millions of people around the world, I tried several diets to turn from looking like Billy Halleck from Thinner (after he lost all that weight) to The Thing in Fantastic Four. I tried many diets and nothing seemed to work. It wasn't until I gave up hope and my mother calling me a skinny, worthless, soul-sucking, bastard child in which there is no escape that I found this product. And boy was it great.At $50 for 16 servings, I was a bit weary of ordering this product because of the price. If you double up during the day, as suggested by ON, you are only looking about 8 days worth of product per bag. This adds up to about $200 a month if you are a dedicated gainer. I take one scoop of Serious Mass and add: ice, strawberries, bananas, blueberries, pineapple juice, wheat germ, egg whites, and honey. All that goes into a blender (you cannot blend SM with a shaker even by itself) and it comes to about 1,200 calories and 50 grams of protein; very close the what the product offers with the added benefit of additional nutrients.This product also contains 1 gram of Creatine Monohydrate per serving, which is good, but most people recommend about 5 per day. Either way, since Creatine is an osmotically active substance, you will probably notice an increase in weight as water is being absorbed into your muscles. This may also leave your muscles looking softer, which is a common complaint of Creatine. I cannot comment specifically on that however, as I take additional Creatine supplements to make up for the full 5 grams recommended to me.It is recommended that you dedicate yourself to some form of activity or the intake of extra calories will just sit there and store itself into fat. A good way to determine the amount of calories you should take is in using the Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) calculator. 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight and 3,000-3,500 calories per day, are common numbers to strive for (depending on your activity level). Personally, I do 2 days of full body workout, one day of full body workout replacing my rest periods with cardio, and one day of just cardio. I finish each workout with several laps in the lap pool or 20 minutes treading water. Overall, I spend about 45 minutes to an hour working out each workout day.Even through these workouts, I am still able to gain the weight. I am not gaining 30 pounds every time I step on the scale, but I am steadily gaining the weight. It has helped me do the seemly impossible by bringing me that much closer to my weight goals.

If you’re looking to gain a couple of pounds before the end of the month , I would recommend getting one of these big bags . Must work out as well to see appropriate weight gain and muscle strength/ mass . The vanilla is very rich and tasty but overall a great source of protein after or before a workout.

It's Working for Me - More Muscle Gain than Fat Gain
This product is working very well for me. I have been putting on mass faster than before using this product. I am not able to give figured on my weight progress due to the fact that I have not been keeping consistent track of my weight. I personally do not care how much I weigh as much as I care what I see when I look in the mirror. I could gain 10 pounds but just look like I gained fat instead of muscle. That's not what I want, and that's not what happened with this product. My arms have gotten noticeably larger (my girlfriend comments on them a lot lately), and I haven't even been doing isolation workouts for my arms. I have just been doing a lot of pushups and pullups. I have gained significant mass in my lats, and my chest has been getting bigger faster as well. I will give more updates as time goes on, especially since I will start back working out at the gym in order to do squats and other weighted workouts that I am unable to do at home.The main thing that you need to know with this product is that it is a mass gainer. While that may sound obvious, the reason I mention it is because some people complain about gaining fat around their belly while using this. If you want to keep the fat off, you can't just do mediocre workouts while taking this. You need to do high intensity cardio exercises as well depending how your own metabolism operates. I personally recommend looking up HIIT if you are not familiar with that type of training. I do not mind gaining a little bit of belly fat at the moment where my abs don't show perfectly, because I know that my primary focus right now is to gain as much mass as I can while taking this supliment. My metabolism is high enough that I am not gaining a lot of fat. I am noticing mostly muscle gain, but what little fat I am gaining around my mid section, I will be able to burn off with HIIT cardio in a short time after I bulk. Everyone has their own method.
