Most of the USB A to USB C cables available are USB 2.0, not 3.0. These are USB 3.0, so they get great power and data transfer rates. We're using them with Galaxy phones, iPhones, and Kindles, and they work flawlessly for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. These braided cables should also be strong enough to stand up to the abuse my kids subject them to. Time will tell, but so far, so good. I didn't notice they come in a shorter length. Otherwise, I might have ordered two shorter ones for the car, but the price on the 6-foot is good enough that I'll just coil up the slack.

Very sturdy and braided well. Easy connection that I trust will last a while and not degrade. Good packaging as well! Not very flexible, but that’s a trade off for better function and longevity.

Next size up from three feet is six, so have purchased these six foot+ versions as replacements for too-short USB-C power cables. Success every time!

After a few months of use, this cable started having charging issues. The issue stemming from the constant unplugging near the phones port. The cable when moved will charge then moved again it will stop.
