It is amazing how well it removes the mastic . I will say it is messy job. You have to get the now liquid black mastic off the floor . If had to do again would buy a mop and ring bucket to get it up. Follow the instructions and use a natural bristle brush (I used a deck style and attached to a broom handle to spread it) not a plastic one. In about an hour the stuff is ready to come up in most places. I have sensitive airways and this stuff did not bother me.
