Is this tape made of the same Tyvek material as the wrap is made from or just made to adhere Tyvek material?

No, the tape is not the same woven material as the Tyvek wrap. The tape is more like a super duty packaging tape. It adheres to Tyvek tenaciously. The Tyvek doesn't even have to be meticulously clean. I believe the base is actually polypropylene and the adhesive is a very aggressive acrylic.

Is this available without the print on it?

Can you paint over this tape? I am creating a mural using Tyvek. I need to tape pieces together then paint over the tape as well as the Tyvek?

Kent Twitchell a muralist in Los Angeles uses Tyvek but not the tape. I don't remember how he attaches the Tyvek to the walls, but he often paints irregular shapes that overlap. He tapes them temporarily in place, and when everything's right, he glues them to wall and then paints over anything that doesn't match. This info is 20 years old. Hope it helps

Can I use this tape to connect my clothing dryer vent hose?

Should work for that I use this tape for a lot of things and seems to always work good.
