Review: It brought my D3 levels up - I have taken a lot of Vitamin D3 with K2 but this is the only one that has brought my levels up to where they should be. The doctor told me that 35 was good. So why was I dragging myself around during the day with no energy. I take 3 pumps every morning with my breakfast that has some fat in it. I swish it around in my mouth and swallow. I can take it with me if I am going out for breakfast or away from home for a few days. It’s easy to take, I don’t feel anything other than energetic and while the price is a little high, it’s the best I have ever had. It doesn’t smell bad and it doesn’t leak. You can easily lock the cover if that’s a concern. I would highly recommend it.
