I've been using other Evogen supplements for a while now, and also take nootropics for brain health and sharper thinking. Brain Builder seemed like an interesting product so I thought I'd give it a try. After taking it for a short while, I do feel that it helps keep me focused while also providing both a physical and mental energy boost. I am familiar with all of the ingredients and they are recognized for their brain-boosting and protective properties. The energy comes from the caffeine content of the yerba mate, is facilitated by vitamin B6, and moderated by L-Theanine. I did have to look up what Cytidine-5′-diphosphocholine does and it is considered an essential molecule that is required for the biosynthesis of cell membranes. Alpha-Glyceryl Phosphoryl Choline (Alpha-GPC) seems to increase a chemical in the brain called acetylcholine and is important for memory and learning functions and has been used to treat dementia. All in all, the ingredient list is impressive for nootropic applications. The medium-sized capsules have a light, herbal aroma and are easy to swallow. The dosage is 3 a day taken either spread out or all at once for a more pronounced effect. I'm not sure why the packaging says to refrigerate after opening, but that makes it slightly less practical. Ok I didn’t expect too much from this when I got it because most supplements promise a lot and delivery very little… BUT… let me tell you. I am impressed with this supplement. The 1st day I only took 1, and went about my day, and all the sudden when I had extra tasks to complete I tackled them without feeling like I had to make any extra effort. It’s like it came naturally for me. I had long lasting sustainable energy for the remainder of my day. The best thing is that this continues to provide that type of motivation. The daily serving size is 3 capsules. It contains plant based caffeine, so, I suggest watching your intake on regular coffee. I still have my normal cup of coffee each day while taking this, and I don’t feel jittery or anything. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs a brain boost because it really does work. I’ve tried many other supplements hoping to get results like this provides. A+ to this brand!

I took these pills a couple of times before my workouts and before playing some video games for the nootropic benefits but I didn't feel any actual difference. I also did not feel that mind to muscle connection that it states you will feel or help with. I still have a couple of pills left so I will give it another try but so far, it hasn't worked well for me.
