I needed to keep my posture upright！！
I do have to say that the first night I put it on and cinched up the shoulder straps a bit it pulled my shoulders back into alignment and it really did help by decreasing the pain, after wearing it for about 2 hours the pain started to creep back so I took it off and laid down flat on the floor for a bit. I have found that it does work by straightening your posture up but it is some thing that you cant just put on for hours right when you first start using it, am able to use it a little longer each time I wear it

While there is nothing really wrong with these, they are not a fantastic buy. They come with no instructions or materials to help you make sure you are wearing them properly. Obviously they are not difficult to figure out, but it would have been nice to have a little information with them. (Not even washing instructions.) They are good to wear if your shoes do not have arch support. I wear them with slippers.

got them for a cousin. works well. unfortunately the right foot sock had a hole in it. without the hole I would give it an A+

They help
I have RA and my feet cramp up. I cant go with out my shoes on. These help give me support in shoes that look good but dont hold my feet right or in slippers and they help keep them a little warmer.

This product actually works!
Wow! I wear a size 17 narrow and have flat feet. Finding shoes that don't eventually start hurting and become unusable is a common occurrence. I purchased this product with some sceptism. Gotta say I'm glad I did. I am now able to wear shoes that have been collecting dust in my closet for years.
