What color would be brghtest underwater?

They're all green. The only different color is the shell the light is in. Honestly, no difference in brightness.

What glow medium does this use? Strontium?

Anything that used strontium would either kill you from radiation poisoning or require an amputation to save your life. The only relatively safe radioactive "glow" is from tritium capsules, as used in watches. They only emit alpha particles that the case blocks.

The two accessories how do use them?

One is similar to a pen clip. Remove the ring; pop the clip in one one end of the tube; clip the tube to your shirt/jacket pocket. The other is to connect two tubes. Remove the rings and insert a tube on either end of the bar.

Does this contain tritium?

No..and must be recharged with light often. Glow does not last very long.. less than half hour useable...
