Very Solid Hand Exerciser
I'm using this hand exerciser for my physical therapy on my elbows. It's very solid and will definitely give your arms and hands and good workout.

Got a grip!
I use it very often to. Improve my grip. I have arthritis in some of my fingers. It helps! My grip has improved and it has helped me get some of my dexterity back. I have another one which is not as hefty as the blue one. Glad I got this one. It has helped improve my wrist strength.

Perfect Hand Exerciser
I need to revise my review of this product. It actually is not extra light. I took it to my OT because I was having so much pain using it and come to find out it is not yellow. It is not extralight. It actually is orange and I’m thinking in the manufacturing process some of the denser material from the red might’ve mixed in. It is still very usable and I will just work up to the level that I need to. For now I revised my exercise use of it, and when I am stronger, I will be able to do more.. I ordered this because I’m using one in my occupational therapy. I broke my arm in several places. I wanted to order one just like the occupational therapist had and I picked this. I was a little concerned because it said extra light but it is perfect. It arrived very nicely packaged safely and on time within 24 hours of my ordering it. It’s the perfect strength for me to do at least two exercises with it and I think it’s going to be a big help.

Well built and great for the price
I have elbow tendon damage from an antibiotic that unfortunately did cause tendon damage and ruptures in many patients. This is asomewhat different situation than many people who have "overuse" tendonitis, but the symptoms are the same...mine just doesn't seem to heal with rest like most. I read the reviews for this and another brand and opted to give this one a try, as the price point was really reasonable. Overall, it feels like the build quality is very good. The bar is well constructed and feels really solid. I'm hoping it helps with my situation and really hope it works great for others with tennis or golfer's elbow. Best of luck to everyone!

Excellent tools for Tennis/Golfer's Elbow Recovery
If you have golfer's or tennis elbow these are for you! I purchased these therapy bars since I had both golfers and tennis elbow in both elbows. I looked at another brand but it was too expensive. What they were charging for one I was able to purchase all three of these, so excellent value and they do the same exact thing as the expensive ones. I do the exercises at least five days a week for my elbows with the red recovery bar. I started with the blue one then moved up to the red one. These bars have gotten rid of at least 9 years of elbow pain. Yes, they work. You have to be consistent though and do the exercises found in the manual. I highly recommend purchasing these recovery bars if you have issues with your elbows and wrists.
