Can i rinse this in the shower to clean please?

I’m sure rinsing this item in the shower would work fine.

Just got the purple one but there is no drawstring or toggle on it to pull it tighter. Has anyone else got one?

I use this from the freezer and find it doesn't need a drawstring. I usually sleep with this on and it stays on night.

I have a big head, no really i do, will this not fit me, it says small to medium heads??

Well it’s stretchy so I can’t see it not fitting
