It's super light weight and was easy to install. It looks very high quality and everyone who sees it has something nice to say about it. It has six speed settings on the remote which I though was overkill, at first. I had gotten used to other fans with only high, medium and low speeds. I'm surprised that I actually utilize about 4 of the 6 settings and quite like that I have so many options. The fastest speed is not as fast as I'd like though. It certainly moves quite a bit of air, but not as much as other fans I've had.

Love the fan. I stained the blades to match the other wood in the room. There is a slight finish on them so sanding the blades would be recommended. I ended up with 2 coats of stain to eliminate brush strokes. The fan is super quiet and fairly easy to install. You have to use all the brackets and supplies they give you - I tried using the old ceiling bracket from my old fan and it is different. The remote isn't the best (which is the reason for 4 stars) - I have to get right underneath the fan in order to change speeds and turn off/on. I am going to try changing the battery - maybe thats the issue.

This fan has an odd start up routine, but is a beautiful unit. Be warned, you'll probably need a longer downrod.

Fan looks great. We have it on a 20' ceiling, about 8' down and it puts out plenty of air. The only thing is the controller is WEIRD... Not the remote, but the internals. It goes back and forth like 10 times before settling on a direction when you turn it on... Like it can't make up it's mind. Otherwise, it is good.

Nice fan, 5 speeds and quiet but with weird startup routine. Much cheaper at Lowes!

Second purchase of this fan. Very quiet moves air very efficiently. Like the wall remote cause it looks almost like a regular wall switch. Pretty straightforward to install if you are a DIY person.
