Amazing to add to my morning smoothies, it has made such a difference in my health!! I love the fact that it not only helps with blood sugar levels but also includes ingredients like vitamin C which adds to the health benefits!! Let me just begin with the reason why I was interested in this product. My goals are health first. That means after trials and errors of using supplements for the wrong reasons and discovering about certain ingredients that are in certain supplements, it made sense that I could have a good training and workout program without all that and be healthy and happy. I came upon this story of an avid gym rat who dwelled in the preworkout supplement world and like me, a light came on and he stopped using them. Instead, his focus changed to his health and he did his research and in the end, ate beets! If you don't know, beets are packed with nutrients, lower blood pressure, studies show improved athletic performance because of the nitrates, inflammation properties, digestive support, brain health, anti-cancer properties, used for weight loss programs, and just plain good to have in your diet arsenal. So, is it ironic to be taking a beetroot powder supplement now? That's open to opinion, but let me say this first, I would encourage people to eat beets first, but if they were not available in your area or if you rather take the powdered form, then I'd say please do your research and make sure that the powdered form is 100% beetroot powder with no added ingredients. So, back to my reason of choosing this particular product. Knowing the health benefits of beets, it's a no-brainer to make this part of my everyday diet and on top of this, it's like 2 in 1 because it also can be used for your workout needs. This totally eliminates the need or desire for other supplements that people succumb to for their workout goals, IF you want change. That's why I emphasize "Health Goals First"...this product represents what I've been talking about, it may be a bit on the pricey end, the flavor is so and so, your preference I assume, has 30 servings. With all this said, I initially bought 2 containers and I'm still on my first one. I was interested in this product because of the reviews I read from several different sources and I'm glad I made my purchase. So, my last bottom line is you need to do your own research on the supplements you use right now or supplements you might use, but your health should be priority. I hope this review helped.

The product is extremely easy to use, requiring a total of just 2 or 3 minutes to prepare. The quality seems to be absolutely top notch, with a noticeable increase in energy levels within about 45 minutes. Excellent health benefits in terms of energy level, increased stamina, and absolutely no negative effects. The addition of black cherry flavor is a pleasant plus.

Doesn’t seem to be a good value. Product only fills 1/3 of the container. Taste is pretty nasty (had to add 2 Splendas and mix it in V8 juice just to choke it back). And worst of all, felt no benefit as advertised on TV

Okay, I am a Certified Personal Trainer, group fitness instructor, passionate athlete and physique competitor. I also am a health nut - but getting deep into sports and fitness tempted me temporarily over to the "dark side" of sports supplementation, preworkouts and the like. LOL Now I don't really mean to demonize all that stuff entirely, but I am so glad to be transitioning out from some of those high stim and who-knows-what's-in-'em preworkouts to something that is not only effective for energy and awesome workouts, but is so amazingly good for you. This stuff works. I could tell immediately that my energy was "clean" and sustaining. There often comes a frenetic sort of "energy" with the stimmy and high "pump" preworkouts. This was completely different. It was even and I even felt a diff in my mental - meaning, my mind was calm. Other preworkouts definitely can cause an overstimulation affecting your emotions, perhaps triggering a racing mind, too? I also could tell my muscular endurance was improved while teaching classes. Certain exercises that normally burned me out just didn't this time. My classes may have wished I wasn't taking a Beet/Nitric Oxide booster because I probably pushed them a little harder haha. But they know they're free to tap out and walk it out when they need to :) <3. I am so pleased with this product and will be sharing with my clients. I was never comfortable recommending preworkouts bc, though they-be fitness *food* they are really not health food. This is an exciting addition to perhaps a small cocktail of supplements to enhance exercise and training while having multiple "side benefits."

I originally ordered the wrong item, which can't be returned. I ordered the beets. I got the order right this time. It arrived on time. Good product.

**More Air Than Product – Very Disappointing**I was really looking forward to trying Human SuperBeets Heart Powder, but right out of the gate I was let down. As soon as I opened the container, it was obvious something wasn’t right — the tub looks like it’s barely half full. There’s a ton of empty space inside, making it feel like you’re paying for mostly air instead of product.I understand that some settling can happen during shipping, but this seemed excessive. For the price point, I expected a full container or at least something closer to it. It just doesn’t feel like good value when you open it and immediately feel shorted.The powder itself might be fine, but first impressions matter, and this one missed the mark. Between the misleading packaging and lack of product inside, I’d hesitate to purchase again.
