A wonderfully designed, beautiful hardback of folklore/history of psychoactive plants
An awesome, interesting, beautiful hardcover offering on the history and folklore of all the herbs and plants that have been used to cause psychoactive effects-- I read this book, and the other two books in the series by Kew (The Witch's Forest and the Witch's Garden) in one night, filling all three books with tons of sticky little flag post-its. Even if you are familiar with ethneogens and the witching plants, you're going to enjoy this just like I did.

The illustrations and folklore in this are everything!! I love it so much, I had to come back and buy another for my sister, who also adores it.

Fairy tale type of book
Wanted a reference book about mushrooms to identify and learn more about their medicinal purposes, and uses . Book is fictional and fairytale by nature.I should’ve picked this up when I described the book as folklore. Sorry my bad.
