The pain in my wrist and palm was excruciating. I put the brace on , instant relief. The brace is well constructed. I liked the padding on the palm. It is a ridged brave, which is what you want for carpol tunnel. I have a medium frame and purchased SM. Great fit. It also came with a jell pack. You can us it hot or cold and place in brace while wearing. Genius. I’ve had several hand surgeries and this brace is best by far in keeping you comfortable. My pain is gone!

Doctor issued splint and ace wrap did not limit my mobility as much as this does to allow my fractured wrist to heal. It also left me uncomfortably bound by the ace wrap and "itching" to remove it whenever possible. Also limited my finger use and grip as the issued brace extended most of the way to my finger tips. This brace, however, is more supportive, comfortable, well ventilated, and with the included ice/heat pad, it encourages me to use the ice therapy as prescribed in a comfortable way. I sometimes forget I even had the ice pad on until has become thawed and warm although I'm sure it's has done it's work by then. A VERY effective brace and would recommend for wrist injuries.

I wear one of these on each wrist at night. I used to wake up in pain, and my hands feeling swollen. These help quite a bit with that. The little pack that can be frozen, or heated is awesome.

I have Carpal Tunnel. Very painful and it was hard getting a wristlet to fit . These fit me perfectly and the hot/cold treatment option is amazing. Everything is just like the description says or better! I recommend this product and I will replace mine as needed with additional purchases! I love them!

This brace is great for my carpal tunnel! I literally tried five other braces and this one is the most snug and comfortable. You can adjust the three straps to make it as tight or loose as you want. The best thing is the long middle strap which tightens right around my wrist where it is most needed. Although it takes a little more time to adjust the three straps, versus those that have one or two, it is totally worth it for a firm brace that keeps my wrist from moving. The material is very soft and the slippery inner lining feels nice against my skin. The Velcro straps hold strong. I haven’t tried the hot/cold pack but will probably use it warm during the cold months when things ache more from the cold. I like this brace so much I ordered a second one to have a back up when this gets washed. It holds my entire hand and wrist firmly in place and adjusts easily so it is just the right tightness.
