How many pieces of fish can you bread at one time?

It’s all according to how big the pieces are. I normally put 3 fillets of white fish at a time. Remember if you want a nice crust ; you bread, shake off excess, place on a tray until all fillets have the first coat. Do this a second time except you will go straight to your fryer. Family loved it!

can it be used for barbecue wings?

I do not know whether it can be used for bbq wings. I have only used it for dry batter.

does it work with breading wet pieces?

It's pretty good, however it does get sticky or clumpy if you are breading a lot of items (for me usually smaller pieces) that are wetter than you would normally do. But I do like it.
