How many amps does it take to make the relay switch from open to closed?? I have a 1.5 amp circuit that I want to use as the switch power

The relay only requires about 150 milliamps @ 12 V DC to be triggered. Hope this helps.

I am wanting to put in an on/off switch on a 4wheeler to the existing 12v dc auxilary jack. what wires would to to what posts on the 3 prong switch?

It would be better to run a new fused feed from the battery and use the accessory wire from the key switch so you always shut it off and not forget and run your battery dead.

Im noticing a constant buzz from my relays. What could be the issue? Bad switch? Bad ground? too much voltage drop?

Are all the relays that are buzzing connected to the same trigger switch? If so, the trigger switch may be supplying power (or ground) to the relays even when in the "off" position.
