Perfect for your license plate holder
I ordered these to use around the house for different situations which need tamper-proof screws. My first use was on my car's license plate holder and they worked perfectly. They include the torx wrenches, although I already had bits for my battery screw gun that worked. Good quality, and a size for almost everything around the house, so far anyway.

THESE QUALITY SCREWS REQUIRE SPECIAL ALLEN KEYS WHICH ARE UNCLUDED. (3). PROTECT YOUR EXPENSIVE ELECTRONICS, USING THESE. THE MAJORITY OF THIEVES WILL HAVE TO TRY AND RIP OFF THE UNIT, DEFEATING THE PURPOSE IN STEALING YOUR STUFF! IT IS ALL WE CAN DO, IS TO SLOW DOWN OR ELIMINATE THE PROCESS. WOULD PREFER 20,000 VOLTS AS A DETERRENT!!! JUST FOR THE VISUAL!!!

What’s the say they’re different size bolts or are they screws, either way very nice. The packaging is it to big either. It should fit in the toolbox. Very nice.

Met my needs perfectly
I purchased an Apple CarPlay device for my wife’s Can Am Spyder motorcycle and wanted a way to ensure it could not be easily removed or stolen by a thief with a Phillips screw driver. I plan to purchase a similar device for my Spyder so the screw kit is going to be used. I use a lockable RAM ball mount as well.

Not tamper proof
Appears to be of reasonable quality. But the center “security” blocking pin on the screw head is too short. This defect permits a regular torx driver (without security hole) to engage and remove the fastener, defeating the purpose of the tamper proof screw. Returning and will look elsewhere. Two stars as they should work OK as a non tamper proof M5 torx screw.

Regular torx screws can screw/unscrew these
As the title says, these work fine, if you just need Torx screws. However, the small central indentation is too shallow, making it easy for a standard Torx tool to remove them. So if you need a bit of security, these simply won't cut it. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
