Ordered this to help relieve tension while nursing, and all the other neck and upper back discomfort when having a newborn. It’s been a lifesaver! The weight helps to get the heat right where it’s needed. Love that I can clip it around my neck to keep it tighter on my upper back area. Very comfortable and relieves tension quickly!

Good shape and fit for the most part….
Good shape and fit for the most part, but doesn’t get warm enough or snug up to part that needs heat to provide relief.

Lasted a few months
It worked well at first but after a few months, only some parts had heat. Ended up disposing it.

Could be bigger but worth it
So, me and my wife absolutely love this. At the current time there is/was only one size. I made it work for my size by just sliding it on to whatever side. It heats up quickly. I just wish they would make more in different sizes. It fits perfectly for my wife who is 5'3".

Nice and soft!
I loved it while it lasted! It stopped working after a few months of daily use. Update* I unplugged the connector that is attached to the pad and it is working again!

Great for headaches and bone pain.
I bought this for migraines and it's helped quite a bit but it also works well with the bone pain I get due to cold weather. Helped me sleep during a really bad migraine and I was so glad I had purchased it.
